Initiate Your Request
Log into your Brillare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or authorization form inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
